Mike is the President of Greenbilt Homes. He is a master carpenter who co-founded the company in 2009 to champion environmental sustainability in beautiful, comfortable custom homes. His accomplishments have been recognized in numerous awards. Greenbilt has also been featured in numerous national and Toronto newspapers and industry magazines for their innovative lead on numerous custom home projects in the Toronto area.
Catherine Marshall is Vice President, Research and Development. Her research has supported the advanced building technology used by Greenbilt Homes and the development of the company. She is a well-known ESG consultant in commercial real estate, has an M.A. in Economics and holds the professional designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Catherine’s focus is to make green building as popular in the Low-rise residential sector as it currently is in commercial construction.
